Play a BP role for supported groups including,

2.ER work support and management,
1)Entry and Exit Process control and management
2)Internal Transfer Process management
3)Coordinating HR leading employee activities
3.Employee Performance and development support from HR side for business groups
4.Employee Training support for business groups
5.E-HR system implementation and update

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Good communication skills, clearminded,either can express key point clearly or can grasp key point in communication both in Chinese and English, both in written and oral.
3.Over 5 years'related working experience in human resources field, strong in recruiting, familiar with labor law and policy.
4.Can solve problems in work independently,can creatively and positively find ways to overcome difficulties in work, and detailed-oriented.
5.Can work under pressure,persist in work, while a good team player, can coordinate with team members in team project.
