Responsibilities:
1. Part of the Asia Regional support team.
2. Provide customer and post sales support for the company digital product including: setup, maintenance & troubleshooting.
3. Manage customer related issues and ensuring speedy resolution.
4. Coordinate and work with sales team, distributor/agent and customer to ensure successful deployment.

Requirements:
1. Candidate possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in software/application support environment.
3. Intermediate skill on Microsoft Excel and Relational Databases.
4. Experience in help desk support is added advantage.
5. Posses good analytic skill and communication skill both verbally & in written form.
6. Candidate might require working in off-office hours for minimum downtime and extended hours support.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English language.
8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
