Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share

2. Plan, organize and manage sales territories and balance the requirements of multiple units

3. Identify and target new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle

4. Effectively communicate and negotiate contracts with customers and dealers. Educate customers and dealers on new products and product enhancements

5. Understand and communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Medicine or Chemistry 医学或化学相关专业大学本科或以上学历；

- 3+ years experience in sales and distribution channel management position, with successful track record 有外企医疗行业三年以上的销售和经销商管理工作经验优先

- Good communication and presentation skills ， High team spirit良好的客户导向和沟通技巧，高度的团队协作精神；

- Good presentation skill 良好的演示能力

- Willing to travel frequently适应经常出差
