岗位职责:
Customer service representative who is handling air import shipment into Shanghai station coverage.
Work with origins, gateway, Customs broker, trucker to ensure the import shipments are smoothly customs cleared and delivered to consignee on time.
1. Receive and check pre-alert to be prepared for incoming shipments
2. Confirm arrival status and send arrival notice to consignee on time
3. Co-ordinate Customs Clearance process
4. Arrange door delivery
5. Provide timely shipment status update to customer
6. Prepare and send report to customer if required
7. Confirm billing details (revenue and cost) for each shipment, and responsible for fixing any billing issues with origin
Daily interaction/communication with:
- Customers
- Overseas origin offices
- Gateway operations team
- Customs broker
任职要求:
1. Min 2 years working experience in air import customer service and/or operations in multi-national freight forwarders
2. Good written English Oral English capability, be able to communicate with foreigner
3. Good PC skills especially in MS Excel
4. Good communication skills
5. Import customs brokerage knowledges and experiences is a plus
