工作目标/目的：

1.根据公司策略制定区域经销商销售策略和计划，完成区域销售、回款目标，达成重点产品分销目标。
2.建立及发展分销网络，加大博士伦产品的分销及份额，管理与建设经销商销售团队。
3.独立工作，管理跨区域的经销商系统；在特定资源条件下完成公司为特定经销商系统制定的销售、回款、覆盖目标；系统性和策略性地管理经销商总部、二级经销商、二批、非直供客户等四级客户；执行渠道与市场促销活动；培训/督导下属。

主要工作责任：

1.制定区域生意发展计划和重点经销商年度生意计划
2.按照公司要求，完成销售、回款目标
3.制定和完成重点产品分销目标，提升市场占有率
4.销售团队的管理、培训与建设
5.制定年度区域费用预算，控制费用，提升使用效率
6.收集和分析市场信息，开展有效的市场营销方案
7.维护区域批发、零售价格体系
8.定期的市场走访，以及同销售人员做协同拜访
9.定期的销售报告（客户生意回顾，策略性产品，人员，库存，系统，存在问题和建议，生意机会点和资源，行动计划）

教育背景：
大学本科及以上学历

经验要求：
1.8-10年直接销售经验

2.4年以上跨区性经销商管理经验
3.具有招聘地区的渠道、人员和客户管理经验;

能力要求：
1.具有较强的客户管理和谈判能力和优秀的销售技巧
2.具有较强的财务分析能力
3.能够使用Microsoft 软件,如Office等,和Internet
