职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
? Work closely with Tmall TP(Wangchuang) on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually Sales & Marketing plans and daily operation improvement to reach sales goals.
? Coordinate with Tmall TP(Wangchuang) on the order fulfillment and inventory management.
? Evaluate on the campaigns and promotions with analysis of UV, Conversion rate, AUS and other key metrics and help distributors improve.
? Work closely with Fangzi (online distributor) on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually Sales & Marketing plans and daily operation improvement to reach sales goals.
? Coordinate with Fangzi (online distributor) on the order fulfillment and inventory management.
? Evaluate on the campaigns and promotions with analysis of key metrics and help distributors improve
Requirements:
1. University graduate or above in relevant technical major
2. Strong communication skills and results oriented
3. Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
4. Around 3 years of ecommerce business experience such as daily operation, promotion plan and distributor management is necessary. Cosmetics industry background is a plus.
5. Familiar with Tmall, Taobao, Lefeng, JD and other leading B2Cs’ operation rules.
