职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 组织制定销售目标并分解。
2. 组织开展市场研究,制定营销策略。参与制定年度市场推广和宣传计划及预算;组织业务员进行新产品市场调研和推广等。
3. 组织开展外贸销售工作。组织参加各类展会,分析客户资料,并进行有效分配;组织和监督业务员进行报价、沟通、谈判、产品 打样等事宜;组织和监督业务员进行合同谈判、起草和签订;组织和监督业务员开展客户接待和验厂工作;监督业务员催收货款,控制资金回笼周期等。
4. 组织开展客户管理工作。指导和监督业务员开发新市场、新客户;组织和监督业务员开展客户分析,汇总价格和市场反馈;组织和监督业务员处理客户投诉,并进行汇总等。
5. 组织销售数据分析和资料保存工作
6. 部门内部管理。制定部门工作计划,合理安排直接下级人员的工作;对部门员工工作情况进行监督、考核、激励;组织召开销售会议;对部门工作完成情况进行总结、汇报,并提出持续改进建议;负责控制部门预算,降低费用成本等。
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
1. 销售管理岗位3年以上工作经验。
2. 外贸、管理、营销等本科及以上学历。
3. 对销售团队管理、激励有经验。
4. 熟悉国际市场品牌产品销售者优先。
5. 优秀的沟通、组织协调能力。
