Title:Internal Marketing & Communications Specialist (Fesco第三方派遣职位）

The role of the Internal Communications Specialist is to drive best practice and employee engagement across the china country via robust frameworks, vehicles, projects and through embedding the SE corp. Vision, Brand and Strategy.

Responsibilities

·Responsible for Deploy and localize Corporate identity assets such as corporate videos and company program.
·Responsible for content and maintenance of internal communication tools included China Intranet, quarterly publication, weekly e-newsletter, EDM, videos, web banner, social media.
·Act as content planner to prepare editorial calendar and content plan, liaise with the various offices and contributors and liaise with vendor for design and production.
·Responsible for collaborate and support BU/ function/entity’s key project on internal communication planning and execution through PR, digital marketing and event tactics.
·Provide necessary support in the organization of Corporate Events ( Annual Party, Manager Meeting) in coordination with PR and Events Specialist and relevant Business Units and functions.

Desired Skills and Experience

·Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Communication.
·Strong communication and writing skills both in English and Chinese
·Content planning, production and evaluation
·Strong written skill both in editing and creative copy
·Creative thinker and problem solver
·Team player with ability to manage own workload
·Education: Communication or Public Relations is preferred
·Languages: English is a must
