主要职责：

1. 独立开展区域内日常培训的计划、组织、实施与跟进
2. 独立开展课堂授课的组织、执行及课后评估
3. 定期进行店铺现场辅导与跟进，能够持续地提升店铺技能技巧表现
4. 收集和反馈培训需求，提出可行的建设性想法与建议
5. 维护区域内培训系统及培训资料、档案与记录
6. 根据公司的培训需求，参与课程体系的研发、更新及完善。
7. 按照上级要求，独立完成各种培训项目的实施
8. 有效完成上级要求的其它工作及事务
9. 能够定期出差。

职位要求：
1. 全日制大专及以上学历
2. 3年以上专职培训工作经验，具有零售行业背景优先
3. 熟悉培训工作流程与技能，具备独立授课能力与良好的授课技巧
4. 良好的语言及文字表达能力与展示技巧
5. 良好的人际理解与沟通能力，具团队合作与奉献精神
6. 熟练运用Office办公软件，英语良好，能简单口语
7. 为人诚信、敬业，有责任心
8. 亲和力、乐于分享、服务意识、注意细节
