Essential Duties / Responsibilities
1. Define and achieve specific sales, marketing and operational targets and KPIs, which will deliver to the global KPI targets
2. Responsible for developing an integrated End-User lifetime marketing strategy, based on global guidelines and tools
3. Develop and apply appropriate local tactics and activities to the above mentioned strategies. This role will also drive significant development of Coloplast Care and lead the continuous development of DTC and other similar programs that may be developed
4. Establish and manage ongoing effective communication internally to ensure coherence in our approach to consumers (End-Users)
5. Ensure high marketing effectiveness and ROI on campaigns
6. Leadership of DTC Consumer Marketing team and web (4+ employees)
Authorities
1. Build Coloplast China DTC framework and team
2. Team management
3. Approve spend and administration in accordance with company policies
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
2. 3-5 years experiences in FMCG/OTC/Airlines or related industries in a commercial role (responsible for sales and/or marketing)
3. Current role must be on driving consumer loyalty
Competencies – apart from global competencies
1. Professional marketing qualification with minimum of 8 years’ experience in a DTC marketing role, of which 2 years should be in a management role
2. Proven track record of implementing successful consumer strategies using multiple channels (direct marketing, telemarketing, web, social media etc.)
3. Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach to marketing and an ability to identify and report on data trends
4. An expert at targeting, testing and evaluating performance in terms of ROI with the ability to develop new strategies to optimize marketing and sales effectiveness
5. Understand of consumer sales operations, preferably with experience in call centre operations
6. Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management
7. Good English (Written and Spoken)
Skills
1. Good presentation skills (Including being well versed in MS Office applications)
2. Good analytical skills (including knowledge of CRM systems – Oracle CRMoD)
3. Leadership experience, with ability to coach and motivate staff
