Essential Duties / Responsibilities
1. Define Coloplast China’s data needs to measure business and marketing performance
2. Collaborate across departments and with external research agencies to collate and amalgamate data timely and efficiently with high accuracy
3. Lead analysis and create reporting processes/templates to pin-point opportunities
4. Responsible for developing continuous business tracking for each business area using global guidelines and tools
5. Select, appoint and manage appropriate 3rd party vendors to meet our data needs
6. Develop and apply appropriate local insights and methodologies to the above mentioned strategies. This role will also support significant development of Coloplast China’s DTC journey as well as to assist in the improvement of target setting for Sales staff
7. Establish and manage effective segmentation and targeting tools for marketing team based on reports generated above to improve ROI on marketing activities/investments


Authorities
1. Build Coloplast China business insight framework and reporting
2. Improve segmentation and targeting of marketing initiatives
3. Approve spend and administration in accordance with company policies

Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
2. 3-5 years experiences in FMCG/Retail/OTC/Airlines or related industries in a research and/or business analysis role supporting commercial functions (sales and marketing)
3. Strong knowledge of research methodologies (Quantitative, Qualitative, etc)

Competencies – apart from global competencies
1. Professional marketing qualification with minimum of 5 years’ experience in a research/business analysis role
2. Proven track record of implementing successful research projects with strong business results
3. Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach to marketing and an ability to identify and report on data trends
4. An expert at targeting, testing and evaluating performance in terms of ROI with the ability to develop new strategies to optimize marketing and sales effectiveness
5. Independent thinker and a good team player, with abilities to convince stakeholders cross-functionally and change management
6. Good English (Written and Spoken)

Skills
1. Good presentation skills (Including being well versed in MS Office applications)
2. Good analytical skills (including knowledge of research software and systems)3
3. Leadership experience, with ability to coach and train staff
