The Assistant Manager will fully implement country category strategy and direction to execute marketing material and other related service purchasing that support the growth of JNJ Medical Business in China.

This position reports to Marketing Procurement Manager of China.

Description

• Support BU and other functions through strong procurement strategies understanding and full execution around marketing materials and related service.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, category leaders cross sector business players and external suppliers to ensure total value delivery, including spend effectiveness and satisfactory service level to meet business needs
• Optimize subcategory supplier pool, manage suppliers performance and relationship
• Thoroughly understand the supplier market of the responsible category and provide insight and expertise to business partners
• Ensure sourcing activities compliant with company policy, process, SOP, country law and regulations

Requirement

• A minimum 5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience preferably with 3+ years in a Marketing service / marketing production aread from an MNC company.
• Strong skills in project management, data analysis and business negotiation.
• Strong market sense with solid knowledge of marketing materials, BTL/ATL service knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor Degree is required
