Position: Regional Sales Manager

Principal Accountabilities
1. Strong Drive for Results to consistently meet and exceed the sales target.
2. Set sales team direction and priorities for growth
3. Demonstration and coaching team member to build a strong sales team
4. Create sales strategies or programs that effectively contribute the business growth
5. Engage with marketing team to drive the business growth and best fits with dental market needs
6. Develop a strong relationship with key customers to drive sales performance and gather feedback on customer needs.
7. Cooperate with marketing team to consolidate and polish existing KOL network, also extend current KOL network deeply.
8. Manage relationships with distributor to deliver value in building up sales/distribution channel.
9. Optimize distribution channel, and bridging the Sales and Marketing divide.
10. Ensure compliance to 3M business ethic standard

Required Education & Experience
1. Bachelor degree.
2. Good English communication skill.
3. With least 3+ years of experience in sales team management and distribution channel management where in dental or medical industry .
4. Strong Leadership skills -- Ability to build effective teams and develop direct reports.
5. Strong Command Skills
6. High Integrity & Trust
