1、 In charge of make order from Head Office-SHA, follow up the order, inspection of incoming the products.
管理、跟踪上海总部发出的订单信息，以及相关的产品检验事宜
2、 In charge of delivery of products to Department in Beijing
管理北京当地产品的配送
3、 Responsible for SD module of SAP and output data from POS
管理SAP系统中相关SD模块和POS机的流出数据
4、 In charge of identify poor quality products and follow up the complain procedure
残次品跟踪和投诉处理
5、 In charge of display stands in department stores
负责门店产品展示标准的把关
6、 In charge of communication and coordination with transportation company
与运输公司的沟通和协调

Qualification and Requirements

1、 Familiar with the admin, procedure of warehouse, Minimum 3-5 years warehouse experience in retail industry preferred.
熟悉行政事务，仓库流程，至少3-5年零售行业仓库管理经验者优先
2、 Good communication skills, could work independently and with team spirit.
善于沟通，即可独立操作又需具备团队合作精神
3、 Ability to be flexible and work to deadlines and work under pressure.
