Position: Marketing Assistant– Marcom/Internal Support

Job Description:

- Monitor the design and production of marketing materials/leaflet/giveaway; be responsible for the distribution and storage management.

- Monitor and update the internal document database on shared disk, keep the local shared folder update with the change of company sharepoint.

- Assist in digital marketing activities, including the regional website maintenance, newsletter content manage and distribution.

- Prepare the corporate & product PPT, customer case sharing, video and other marketing tools to support the Sales activities.

- Create and manage customer case picture folder for sharing.

- Editor of Corporate magazine, internal newsletter.

- Assist in CI Guideline complying work

- Product Marketing support

- Be responsible for the routine department admin

- Supplier sourcing and monitoring

Job Qualification

- University degree, major in marketing, advertising, communication, journalist and English is preferred.

- Good skill at writing and photography.

- Good at paper work and documentation

- Fluent English both in oral and written

- Able to pay close attention to details

- Willing to support and command good team sprite.

- Capable for cross function work.

- Familiar with relevant software.

Marketing Assistant/Executive –Event Management/Marketing Intelligence

Job Description:

- Coordinate and assist in exhibition / marketing event implementation

- Disseminate the daily marketing intelligence gathered from industry portal

- Be responsible for new leads collection, uploading to customer database, timely update report

- Marketing analysis according to sales numbers and internal system, competitor information update and timely reporting.

- Carry out customer satisfaction research

- Supplier sourcing and monitoring

- Support the channel distributor with necessary materials

Job Qualifications:

- University degree, major in marketing, finance, IT

- At least 1-2 years in manufacturing/B2B working experience

- Able to pay close attention to details

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiar with relevant software, ERP/CRM/sharepoint

- Capable for cross function work.

- Willing to support and command good team sprite.
