The main responsibility is to leverage resources to achieve sales goals and drive our business growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within assigned sales territory/industry
? Develop new market, channel and sales opportunities continuously
? Improve the company's influence in assigned sales territory/industry, especially in local design institute
? Keep communication with other departments and follow up quality, delivery, order handling, payment and technical support;
? Support to marketing activities

Basic Qualifications
1) University degree, major in electrical engineering;
2) 6+years sales experience in MV/LV power capacitor sales or relevant product;
3) The experience of working for/with State Grid, South Grid or industry is better; the technical engineer background is preferred.
4) Good relationship with industry design institute;
5) Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic; Fluent in written and spoken English;
6) Willing to work hard and face challenge
