The Position

Purpose of the program is to implement the overall Strategy of Roche Diagnostics, including the establishment of a high quality, highly efficient manufacturing site in Asia. You are to establish and maintain the efficient financial operational system and processes for and build up a high qualified team in the area of AP, AR, Costing , GL and Reporting. You report to the Finance Head.

• Support financial system launch to ensure accurate and timely accounting booking and monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Establish financial processes and procedures to ensure the operations meet both global internal control standards and the local GAAP/Tax requirements
• Develop finance policies in accordance with the local and global accounting rules and principles
  Coordinate and lead the preparation of Financial Statement on a timely basis in accordance with local and global accounting standard to satisfy the needs from management, government agencies and shareholders
• Well understand Roche FGAR, US GAAP and PRC GAAP, be responsible for interpretation of change accounting rules and policies, implementation of changes and providing trainings to the finance team.

You have 8-10 years experience in accounting and financial area in a large professional firm or a multi-national company or both,3 or more years in Manufacturing background ,3 or more years on a managerial position or with leadership experience.

You own good knowledge of GAAP, local statutory accounting and reporting, tax, foreign exchange rules and regulations.
You also hold a bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance with a professional certifications (i.e. CICPA, ACCA, HKCPA or other international qualification is preferred).
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
