Skills and Knowledge：
？ Knowledge of China and International real estate market, and in depth knowledge in the commercial estate is must.
？ Extensive knowledge of retail strategy, development and management.
？ Strong project management skill
？ Well-established networks with developers and corporate clients
？ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience：
？ 3-4 years of work experience in real estate industry
？ Proven track record in dealing sizable transactions with MNC clients
Qualifications：
？ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or administration.
？ Member of RICS / AI preferred
Job Summary：
？ To work closely with staff in other Cushman & Wakefield service lines (Asset Services, Client Solutions, and Advisory Services) for the benefit of the business as a whole.
？ To work closely with the department heads to make sure the team achieves the key performance indicators.
？ To liaise with the client’s representative regarding all matters outside of agreed delegated levels of authority.
？ To deliver high quality tenant representation services
？ To develop relationships with Landlords with the aim of securing Landlord appointments in the future
？ To undertake ad-hoc projects that you may be required at the Company's reasonable discretion
