Essential responsibilities and duties:
The country communication specialist (internal communication) is responsible for proposing, developing, managing, and supporting communication actions or tools in line with the Group or Country communication strategy. Has some budget responsibility, internal communications responsibility with press or recruitment activities and selection of outside providers.
The main missions of the role are:
- Develop the corporate image in the country and ensure communication consistency / coordination across all Business Groups within a region/country
- Propose, develop and manage budget for communication tools and contents for specific audiences (internal, external, client,...): define subjects, prepare interviews, write articles, validate contents, facilitate set up, printing, work with vendors, and ensure distribution
- Manage internal networks to generate / share news
- Organize internal communication events (site events and/or tech days, trade fairs ...)
- Choice and management of appropriate suppliers and service providers (communication agencies, advertisement agencies, translators, designers,...)
- Manage feedback and constant improvement of communication tools and events, and take action to improve
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be :
Minimum Education Level: Higher education degree (bachelors, master, MBA) in Marketing, communication, journalism, or other business/management related field
Experience :
- More than 3 years in an industrial company
- Experience with international environment exposure
Nice to have: Experience abroad and Industrial experience
Skills and competencies :
- Writing proficiency
- Strong Microsoft pack office skills (ppt,…)
- Project management skills
- Events and logistics management
- English fluent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured and organization skills
- Creativity
- Customer oriented
Nice to have
- Web and multimedia skills
- Another language (German, Spanish, Chinese,...)
- Open minded
- Ability to work effectively at various levels of the organization and with outside partners
