Reports To: Sales & Acquisition Director

Description:

The role of Assistant is to provide support to Sales & Acquisition Director and sales department mainly on:
- Document preparation, including editing, modifying, translating and scaning with MS office.
- Data collection, condolidation and input for report.
- Meeting arrangement, including room booking, invitation sent and facility follow.
- Reimbursement application including general expense, travel expense, medical expense.
- Businees travel booking and logistic support.
- Other tasks assigned by Sales & Acquisition Director and sales team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Related experience in manufacturing industry is preferrable.
- Detail oriented.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good command of PPT, excel, word etc.
- Proficient in written and oral English.
