Job Title: Project EngineerBasic Purpose and Function: Manage work site for KES projects. Business acumen including cost analysis capability. Understand the local contractual terms and ensure compliance of contracts. Project management capability. Making business decision to ensure profitability. Identify equipment to support sales team in securing projects. Manage kitchen set up projects from start to handing over to customers.Major Responsibility:1) Manage work site for KES projects and support BK coordination project;2) Support Sales team by discussing and working with customers on project matters;3) Provide design and equipment layout;4) Identify customer’s needs in term of equipment layout;5) Revise layout to increase chances of specifying Manitowoc equipment;6) Make decision on type of brands and models to be used in a project;7) Provide M&E drawings;8) Work with customers to ensure all utilities supplies are provided;9) Work with contracting manager to ensure project is on schedule;10) Manage on-site project coordination;11) Handle and manage on-site issues;12) Support sourcing, finance, purchasing and sales for matters related to the projects;13) Control and manage project expenses;14) Prepare related documents such as updated drawings, equipment manuals, and service contract etc, for submission;14) Handle after-sales service support matters related to the project;15) Source and identify working partners such as stainless steel fabricators, gas sub-contracting, M&E sub-contracting;16) Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Qualification:Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering2 years working experience in the same profession and industry is preferredExperience in handling site work for CNY few millions projectsBusiness acumen including cost analysis capabilityUnderstand the local contractual terms and ensure compliance of contractsProject management skill set and experience in managing kitchen projectsTechnical know-how is essentialAbility to communicate with oversea factoriesSelf-motivate with excellent service attitudeGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood verbal and written skills in both English and ChineseExcellent in computer skills, able to use CAD, Solid Work, MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint efficientlyDetailed, responsible and efficient team player
