Responsibilities:
Lead a sizeable team consisting of software development and test engineers to develop embedded software for multiple lighting products
Ensure the appropriate people management regarding recruitment, selection, training, appraisal, resources management within his/her group
Co-responsible for achieving the operational plans
Define and realize the software roadmap
Maintain and improve the group’s knowledge and expertise
Maintain synergy of the platform deployment in the projectsfor his/her domain
Manage & continuously improve the process of software development up to market introduction under strong time constraints.
Co-responsible for global tooling policy and ensure local software tools and development environments are in-line with the defined global tooling policy
Ensure that there is good co-operation with other disciplines and departments
Keep abreast of technical and organizational developments inown professional field and maintains close contacts with other R&D centers in the world
Act in line with software development processes and ensure that there is an appropriate quality level

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in software engineering, Master degree is preferred with good knowledge on electronics
Over 10+ years working experiences in software development with close cooperation with hardware engineering team in a multinational company
Proven capability in leading a team of 20+ people and has the potential to lead big team e.g. 40+
Proven capability on running multisite projects
Experienced in software project management, good knowledge and practical experiences on agile development methodology
Good skills on stakeholder management
Good command in English
