Responsibilities:
Work out, discuss and finalize firmware Requirement Specifications, responsible for the contents and quality of documentations
With limited supervision, work out and verify firmware global design according to agreed requirement specifications, e.g. software requirement specification, hardware software interface document, industrial requirement specification etc.
Responsible for the contents and the correct implementation of own design, communicate the consequences of his/her design on system/architecture level
Responsible for firmware design documentation creation and maintenance, unit Test Specification creation, maintenance and execution
Integrate existing or purchased software module into system, debug source code and identify the issues owing to self and other software engineers
Involve in software maintenance activities by solving problems reports and change proposals
Draw up personal schedule and reports on progress
Keep abreast of technical developments in own field through study of the literature and technical contacts
Responsible for microcontroller selection and corresponding design of peripherals and circuitry, support in component qualification for digital parts
Coach junior software engineer
Perform daily activities in line with defined development process, participate in and contribute to firmware development process improvement activities

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master on Software engineering, knowledge on electronics is a plus
More than 5 years in embedded software development
Knowledge on Agile/Scrum WOW
Knowledge and practical experiences on 8051 and ARM based Microcontrollers
Knowledge on C/C++, C Sharp, knowledge on scripting languageis a plus
Proactive, good team spirit and eager to learn
Good command in English
