Duties & responsibilities

VM Implementation
Install seasonal Visual Display Campaigns in stores, based on company’s guidelines, to create brand image consistency all over North region.
Ensure stores have and use standardized VM props and campaign images.
Ensure stores implement standardized VM display.
Feedback visual merchandising manager about improvements and ideas.
Support special sales event (like bazaar sales) in cooperation with retail team.
Support store opening.
Manage local contractors’ implementation.


VM Monitoring
Weekly check stores photos on shared drive and communicate necessary adjustments with related departments.
Visit stores frequently to control VM best practices are always at best.


Training
Be knowledgeable about seasonal collections and key items that the buyers are driving for each season
Provide plans for visual merchandising training and conduct training for store staff according to company guideline.
Be aware of fashion trends and able to share them with retail teams.


Skills & Experience

1.At least 4 years of Visual Merchandising Experience in similar role.
2.Education preferably in Visual Merchandising / Fashion / Design / Art or related discipline.
3.Strong visual merchandising skills, hands-on.
4.Responsible, self-motivated, pro-activeness in leadership and problem solving,details oriented.
5.Continuously aware about fashion trends and brands.
6.Strong organizational and operational skills
7.Strong communication and presentation skills
8.Willingness to travel and work in evening hours if needed.
9.Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
10.Strong fashion interest
11.Fluent English is a plus.
