职位描述
岗位职责:
1.负责公司新媒体的营销战略、规划、策划的制定;
2.根据公司整体规划与年度销售目标制定年度新媒体营销计划;
3.分析把握市场营销网络平台的规划和发展制定相应的新媒体运营计划并推动实施;
4.根据新媒体营销网络平台的规划和发展制定相应的新媒体运营计划并推动实施;
5.结合年度新媒体营销规划,通过实施有节奏的营销活动、事件、话题等活动,扩大粉丝数,提升粉丝粘稠度。建立有效的新媒体运营机制;
6.通过新媒体营销网络平台促进销售目标的完成;
7.通过微信、微博等方式达成推广目标。
岗位要求:
1.2年以上相关工作经验;
2.热爱服装行业,对网络和社会热点有敏锐的嗅觉;
3.热爱新媒体营销,熟悉各类网络营销手法与传播方式,有敏锐的洞察力,热衷研究微博、微信等新媒体;
4.具备较强的统筹能力、沟通协作能力;
5.工作积极、主动,具备较强的责任心、抗压能力。
