Join the Xbox Group and make your mark on the coolest gaming platform. Our group designs, builds, and tests Xbox console and accessories, including the award winning Xbox Wireless Controller, Wireless Microphone, and Wireless Racing Wheel etc. We are looking for an experienced firmware / software engineer who has a proven track record of developing complex high volume consumer products.

The candidate must demonstrate strong ownership and accountability, has excellent communication skills, and has great analytical skills. The candidate will work with the hardware team to define and implement Xbox accessories. In addition to instrument firmware on microprocessor, the engineer might instrument software or script in console or PC to automate process or as a tool to test newly designed hardware device.

Qualifications:？

·Bachelor or master degree in electronics, telecommunication, computer science, automation, mechanical electronics or equivalent

·At least 3 years working experience in firmware or windows driver development,

·At least 2+ years of programming experience in C/C++, able to write neat code

·Familiar with the software development process, able to maintain related documents during the development

·Candidate with experience in programming for either USB, or Ethernet, or UART, or SM BUS is preferred

·Understanding of circuit diagram and microprocessor hardware is a huge plus

·Experience with at least one script language (like JAVA) is a plus

·Familiar with the theory of operation system is a plus

·Good oral and written English communication
