Drive projects for MSCIS Information Solutions to implement, deploy, and support line of business applications for MSCIS Operations, IEB & Sales & Marketing both within the region and worldwide. Manage cross functional technical and non-technical resources responsible for the execution of systems-related activities and delivery of small to large scale mission-critical projects.

Position Description:

This position will be based in MACH (Shenzhen) and report to the Senior Group Project Manager within the MSCIS team. PM will support the systems needs of internal clients in Operations, Sales & Marketing (S&M) for the Entertainment & Devices Division (MSCIS) and IEB. Scope of work includes managing resources; participate in budgeting, project deliverables, and PM support for both worldwide and regional IT initiatives, applications, and solutions in MSCIS world.

Account manage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in MSCIS Ops, IEB & S&M (including internal clients, subsidiary senior managers, directors and GMs of S&M organizations) to maintain long-term client satisfaction, initiate continuous improvement activities to comply with and enhance client service levels, ensure systems initiatives support and are closely aligned with business needs and fiscal objectives, participate in management reviews, and facilitate the prompt and effective resolution of escalated issues.

Optimize system investments by working with clients, global MSCIS IS team, and other stakeholders to define systems strategy, facilitate project prioritization, promote collaboration across regions and work groups, identify opportunities to deliver value, achieve process efficiencies, and reduce operational costs.

Recommend technology and process solutions to meet long-term business requirements, propose alternatives, plan project resource and budget requirements, assess upstream and downstream systems impacts, complexity, risks of implementing potential solutions, and ways to mitigate risk.

Ensure exceptional quality and agile delivery and support of applications which meet the expectations and satisfy the business requirements of internal MSCIS Ops, IEB & S&M clients world-wide.

Evangelize the use of appropriate MSCIS IS Systems software development lifecycle processes and methodologies to consistently manage the design and implementation of technology solutions and ensure compliance with corporate security, privacy, and trustworthiness mandates.

Partner with global MSCIS IS (Corporate and Regional Product and Program Management, and Production Support) and other technology groups to coordinate efforts on global projects.

Qualifications:

? A Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

? Superior understanding and or training in MS Products: Visual Studio, .Net, SQL Server 2005 or above, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Access, Word, and Excel, SharePoint preferred.

? Must have good understanding of all general MS Product-line.

? Background and experience in MS Technologies is required.

? Familiar with BI solution and tools (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS) and experience in manufacturing is a plus
