No. 1 Development Program Manager for Xbox Console

Job Specification：

? Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team to bring a project from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility;

? Specific tasks include project budget management, risk management, identify stake holder and resource needed, drive to deliver result with concerns from stake holder mitigated;

? Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries

? Manage external resource including but not limited to test lab, certifying bodies

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or electronics engineering or equivalent.

? 5+ years hardware program management experience with demonstrated team leadership success

? Candidate with both mechanical engineering and electronics engineering background will be considered first;

? Excellent people skills, communications skills, and is flexible and open to change;

? Able to work under minimal supervision, action oriented, and results oriented;

? Able to make detailed planning and organizing;

? Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic environment;

? A passion for technology passion and committed to delivering world class products;

? Excellent communication skill and ability to do cross-group negotiation;

? Willing and able to travel to US and contract manufacturer.

No. 2 Development Program Manager for Xbox Accessories

Job Specification:

? Establish and deliver to program goals for cost, schedule and performance.

? In charge of resource planning, program status reviews, project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, work with legal to create development contracts, and negotiating contractual terms.

? Managing the development of high volume consumer products and should include multi-disciplinary, internal and external team leadership to meet overall program objectives and program deliverables that include product specifications, development schedules, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, and design review summaries.

Qualifications:

? Have strong background in development program management; experience leading cross-functional product development teams.

? Knowledge of hardware development, product test and qualification, excellent technical and analytical skills

? Define product feature requirements and write product specifications, including documentation submittal for configuration control.

? Collaboration across multiple disciplines and groups.

? Must demonstrate Risk anticipation, assessment, and management.

? 3+ years of program management experience, have a proven track record of delivering high-volume hardware projects.

? Excellent people skills, strong written/oral communication skills.

? Must be self motivated and results driven.

? Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/fast pace environment.

? Experience required with MS Project Schedule, a bug tracking system such as Product Studio, and all MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as Engineering Change Management systems.

? Able to travel domestic and international sometimes.
