Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing process engineering support to manufacturing with emphasis on process improvement and optimization aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency, increasing productivity, improving yield and cycle time, and reducing unit cost.
1) Develop and lead programs to improve process understanding and capability continuously
2) Conduct FMEA, MSA and DOE, and optimize process parameter/process window
3) Develop expertise in process equipment design and capability
4) Solve equipment troubles, develop equipment PM,TPM and propose an effective and available suggestion on equipment alteration
5) Measure and improve Ppk for key process variables
6) Train production personnel on process procedures and capabilities
7) Develop process flow and work instruction
8) Introduce and implement new or modified process technologies
9) Provide daily support to production operation
10) Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma projects to continuously achieve cost reduction

Job Requirements:
1) Major in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with Bachelor degree or above and Knowledge in PLC and AB programming will be plus
2) 3+ years of process or equipment experience is preferred
3) Ability to apply knowledge and skills to improve process, quality and equipment
4) Excellent communication skills: Ability to express ideas both in written and oral communication (English and Chinese)
5) Computer skills: AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6) Excellent cross-functional communication and team spirit
7) Self motivated and ability to work under high pressure
8) Good team work with leadership
9) Basic concept in Lean Six Sigma
