-Responsible for employee orientation training and refresh training program
-Responsible for improving site practice of occupational safety through site inspection, coaching and so on
-Supervise and manage staff in safty management operations and support OH&S practice
-Strategic risk assesments, bugeting and workforce mentoring
-5 years above experience in chemical engineering industry
-Fluent English skills
-Strong experience of implementing the Safety Standard we want to do, also a strong experience in Hygiene and Environment, in OHSA - a plus is ISO 14001.
