Qualifications of the position任职资格:

o Be able to speak at a middle level, read and write at an advanced level.英语口语会简单对话，读写良好。
o Very good communication skills良好的沟通协调能力
o Experienced with team management, 3yrs plus 3年以上团队管理经验
o Equipment and tools maintenance, either with experiences, or at least with education background of mechanical engineering, computer, civil engineering and etc.设备或工具维修管理经验，机械设备，计算机或工程类专业教育背景
o Administrative, like management of cleaning and security services最好有行政、保洁或保安等后勤服务管理经验
o Service mindset and attitude良好的服务意识和态度
o 6 yrs+ related working experiences 6年以上相关工作经验
