I. Job Summary:
In charge planning of categorized product.

II. Responsibilities:
1. Owns the Finish goods availability and Inventory level performance KPI.
2. Responsible for categorized products demand/supply/capacity planning on diverse level.
3. Reviews and aligns information from all relevant teams and generates long/mid/short term rolling production plan/forecast based on contributed information.
4. Working with scheduling and production team to balance manpower, material and machine at lowest total cost and highest efficiency.
5. Monitor and report manufacturing schedule compliance.
6. Reporting and review of performance together with related departments.

III. Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, related to statistics, business, supply chain management.
2. At least 5 years related experience, and SAP experience in MNC is preferred.
3. Be fluent spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
4. Customer oriented and result driven, a good team player.
5. Great communication and negotiation skill, strong ability to work independently and leads team to work under pressure.
