Job description
Prepare and control China level annual salary review and performance bonus.
Support on bonus plan design/review and other incentive plan initiatives.
Monitor salary structures and benefits programs including review & analyze, internal promotion, external hiring, market benchmarking etc. to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and performance linkages;
Keep track of market compensation and benefit trend and regulations.
Assist to attend in annual salary survey.
Provide advice on promotional increase, retention incentives, and other ad hoc C&B project
Other assigned tasks regarding compensation and benefit.
Key requirements
BS graduate, with business administration or HR major or equivalent or Master Degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
3~4 years + domain experience within Compensation & benefits. Experience in consultant or auto relating industry will be essential and preferred.
Good knowledge in job evaluation techniques, including providing guidelines and coaching in effective techniques in classifying positions.
In depth knowledge of compensation & benefits review and analysis.
Excellent English in both verbal and writing.
Previous experience from group company is preferred
Abilities:
Must be reliable and can handle confidential information with discretion and high integrity with regards to all compensation & benefits information.
Effective communication skills with employees from different business groups, in both verbal and writing.
Ability to sustain and perform under time pressure and demand to deliver with accuracy and quality.
Independent thinker and willing to collaborate contribute and support as part of the bigger HR team.
