Responsibilities
? Develop sourcing strategies for initial supplier sourcing, budget planning, long-term relationship management, ongoing supplier evaluation and management, backup supplier selecton and eveluation
? Lead seasonly and yearly contract management and price negotiations for sourcing
? Maintain and implement commodity strategies to file different categories and launch regularly program management for cost reductions
? Responsible for implementation of Purchasing Control Police and its obersavation and promotion, share and push information in terms of procurement's working instructions and guidelines for users on how to deploy it
? Lead smooth communication among each Business Units, with serve on your own initiative, guide a need and meet the demand.
? Continue drive process improvement.

Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor's Degree in life science relative major.
? Minimum of 1-3 years sourcing experience in Procurement Dept. in Multinational Company, or work in Operations Dept. in Technical Lab, or Supply Chain Dept. in drug producing industry, or Commercial background in biological equipment vendors
Or candidates with 3-5 years acting as buyer in procurement is also preferred
? Biology knowledge scope in some areas of Drug screening, Toxicology, ADME/DMPK, NGS technology or MAB technology.is a plus
? Influence/communication - establishes good relationships; drives change across functional

Preferred Qualifications
? Sourcing experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology company is a plus
? Bench work in Bio-lab is preferred.
? With compression powerful people, and own initiative driving force.
