Responsibilities:


1. Lead technical team to deliver project tasks.

2. Lead internal technical supervision, training and skill development.

3. Perform team/resources planning and management.

4. Perform project management and administration.

5. Perform client care and liaison as well as external communication.

6. Recruit more technical talent and experts.


7. Perform business development and promote AECOM branding in the market place.


Requirements:
1. Minimum 15 years post graduate experience in structural engineering with at least the recent 5 years in Asia, preferable in China.

2. In depth technical knowledge of structural design in various applications.

3. Familiar with China design codes and standards.

4. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua).

6. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Engineer.

7. Recognized professional qualifications such as MIStructE, MHKIE, 1RSE-PRC.

8. Recognized degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. Post-graduate degree preferred.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in interior design or related majors at least 15+ years working experience in interior design field, oversee experiences is a priority;
2. Active and strong Team work spirit possessed;
3. Minimum 5years of working experience as leading designer for multinational clientele projects (China or international)，familiar with the codes & regulation regarding to the interior design in China;
4. Experienced of whole design process from conceptual design phase to completion,
5. Good at bridging the proper communication channel between client & project team;
6. Rich knowledge in material & construction details, capable of solving design problems during the construction period; enables to deliver the project in high qualification;
7. Skillful in AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp and Microsoft Office, etc;
8. Excellent of using English in daily working communication a plus;
9. Prospective candidate shall prepare the portfolio of design works for qualification;
10. Oversea background is preferred.

1. 室内设计相关专业本科及以上学历，从事室内设计工作10年以上,有海外学历为佳；
2. 积极进取并具较强的团队合作精神；
3. 15年以上担任主创设计师完成国际性商业或酒店类项目的工作经验, 熟悉室内设计规范要求；
4. 熟练项目从概念设计到方案扩初及施工的全过程，能够独立完成施工图，有整合管理施工图的能力；
5. 擅长项目设计组织管理，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求，善于沟通；
6. 熟悉室内装修材料及相关施工工艺，能协调解决施工中发现的设计问题；
7. 熟练掌握AUTOCAD、SKETCH UP、PHOTOSHOP, Microsoft Office 等软件；
8. 具有优秀的英语口语及书写能力；
