职 责：
Primary responsibilities for this position include:
Engage and understand business objectives, and provide solutions based on:
Proactively identify ways to leverage IT to increase revenue, provide competitive advantage, or reduce costs
Support the process for IT initiative identification, prioritization, and approval
Support on project, service request, business request execution by
Be an advocate for common processes and systems
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
Delphi EOS implementation
Ensure that for each Information Technology capability gap that is identified that you accept personal accountability to assist in closing the gap (Own-It)

要 求：
Extensive experience in developing applications architecture and standards (5+ years)
Extensive experience (analysis, design and construction) in systems development and integration in a multi-platform networked environment (10+ years)
Exposure to developing IT strategies.
Data Architecture (data governance and management, logical and physical data modeling, reference and meta data management, associated tools and technologies etc.)
Advanced skills in Oracle / SQL : administration, schema design, troubleshooting database migration, Upgrade/patching of databases
Integration Architecture (messaging, workflow, associated tools & technologies, etc.)
