职 责：
Project Management and Sourcing on Energy Management program in Asia Pacific: Cross functional Project Planning and Tracking, Requirement consolidation, Supplier Selection, Contract establishment, Energy Audit coordination, and Project sourcing.
Market research: Supply Market research and clean sheet development for key cost out initiatives on Energy and Services cross Asia Pacific.
Commodity Trend Analysis: Price and Supply trend analysis and tracking on key commodities for all sites cross Asia Pacific, Electricity, Coal, Natural Gas
Reporting: Monthly Report data collection and consolidation for management review.
Other Sourcing Assignments: Manage/facilitate selective sourcing projects;

要 求：
5 year above working experience, with min 1 year in sourcing/purchasing or Project Management function
Exposure to global procurement/sourcing organization
Good understanding of Energy (Electricity, Natural Gas, Coal) market in AP is a plus including pricing, technology and supply/demand trends.
Ability to balance multiple projects and effectively prioritize goals
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at any level
Team player. Capability to work with various group of internal customer around strategic projects and motivate.
Knowledge&Skills
Project Management; Procurement fundamentals; Business analysis;, international business acumen, Excellent computer skills and familiarity of the Microsoft office suite, Knowledge on SAP is preferred.
Cross-functional communication/persuasion, financial/market analysis, communications, Fluent English Language skill on both Oral and Written.
