职 责：
To provide administrative support to Head of Enterprise Infrastructure Division in Shanghai:
- Executive calendar management, meeting planning and coordination. Preparing meeting minutes as needed.
- Coordinating travel arrangements. Maintaining diary of all engagements and scheduling of business activities.
- Screening incoming calls and correspondence; making memo or responding independently when appropriate.
- Maintaining business data, coordinating and preparing business presentations, and other special projects as called upon.
- Following up internal action plans and making sure that instructions are properly implemented.
- Event scheduling and coordination.
- Preparing expense claims.
- Provides guidance and direction to junior admin.

要 求：
- Bachelor degree or above with excellent command of English language.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experiences. Prior secretarial experiences with MNC is preferred.
- Possess great communication skills, have a positive and pleasant personality, and be good at dealing with interfaces at senior level, both internal and external.
- Attention to details and confidentiality is critical.
- Well organized, ability to work under time pressure and available for emergency logistics coordination as required.
- Very good PC and Window Office skills (Power Points and Excel in particular)
