职 责：
1. The SQM is actively involved in all supplier quality activities from supplier selection, supplier development thru on-going performance monitoring
2. Take charge of potential supplier assessment and the supplier selection review
3. Be responsible to carry out the Quality Assurance activities (Supplier Ready Review) in the frame of on-going projects
4. Implement APQP/PPAP/SLP activities, tracking project status and ensure project launch on time.
5. Technical review with supplier
6. Responsibility to manage and challenge the overall quality performance of suppliers (50PPM)
7. Supplier continuous improvement and solve quality issue.
8. Support purchasing to achieve spend target.

要 求：
1. University degree required, Master degree of Science / Engineering is a plus.
2. Minimum 4 years experiences in automotive industry, be good at APQP / PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA /TS16949/ISO14001
3. Be familiar with 5S/Lean manufacturing/5Why/8D/Fish-bone diagram.
4. Good English language skills
5. Knowledge on components and their manufacturing process
6. Capacity to work in a multicultural team
7. Good analytic skill and logical way of thinking
8. This job needs to travel to suppliers frequently in China and abroad
9. 6 Sigma / DFSS / Tooling knowledge is a plus
