职 责：
Key Responsibilities
Assist Senior FM and FMs for Monthly closing and forecasting for assigned countries
Work with local accounting team to ensure proper accruals & recording of results
Assist Senior FM and FMs to provide management reporting to Local Markets
P&L analysis for actual/forecast
OWC review
Performance Tracking
Assist Senior FM and FMs to Ensure compliance to group Finance manual
Assist Senior FM and FMs for ad-hoc analysis
Data Reconciliation between global reporting system GRAPE and local ERP system
Quarterly RFC input in GRAPE

Monthly Demand Planning templates
Weekly sales forecast (GSR)

Good organizational and analytic skills
Strong Excel, PPT skill
Good Communication skills
Independent, creative and also an effective team player
Competent at executing plans with high quality

Experience/Knowledge
Work experience in Finance/Accounting
Team player that can also lead.
Not afraid to try new things.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Bachelor’s degree or above.
