职 责:
Assistant managers in completing Employment Requisitions and forwarding to Corp HR for approval
Generate and maintain current requisition tracking report
Post openings on our various job boards and work with recruiters (If they have sourcing experience , that would be a plus)
Arrange with the hiring manager who will be the interview team and work with the local admin to schedule the interviews
Collect interview feedback from the interview team
Generate Offer Approval for candidates we want to hire and then forward to Corporate HR for approval
Generate employment offer and present to the candidate
Conduct the new hire orientation (Make sure that on the employees first day they complete all the necessary paperwork)

要 求:
Bachelor degree or above, Engineering or Electronics background will be preferred.
At least 3 years experience in recruitment function of HR Dept at similar industry or related consulting company.
Good English communication in written, spoken and oral
Knowledge of office computer skill
Can work under pressure
本科或以上学历,工程或电子专业背景者优先。
在人力资源招聘功能类似或相关行业的咨询公司1年工作经验。
