要 求:
1.University degree and above

2.At least 8-year administrative management experience; experience in office construction and renovation.

3.Knowledge-Real estate, office planning, construction and renovation, purchasing, electrical & electricity, fire, mechanical, hotel and travel management, company law and government policies
Skill-Business writing, Spoken and written English, computer literacy and competent in MS, project management

4.Honest, integrity, consciousness with teamwork spirit, compliance, commitment to work, initiative, keen to learn. ability in relationship and communication with others

职 责:
1. Brief Description

The role is to be a reliable and credible working partner for senior management and employees by managing facilities, providing the best services within Corporate and Regional policy and procedures. By working with the utmost efficiency and leading ADM team, the jobholder is to ensure employees to work in a comfortable, clean and safe environment and make ADM available for any assistance needed at any time and control office expenses within annual budget.

2. Key Result Areas
Ensure all offices registered legally
Control G&A cost relevant to office administration
Provide clean, comfortable and safe working environment to all employees and build up a good image to visitors and customers
Make sure office facilities well functioned
Ensure compliance with NOL policies and local law and regulation
Office space well plan to balance business needs and cost effectiveness
Well understand local incentive and subsidy policy to ensure most benefit to company.

3. Key Accountabilities/Duties

Provide legal support in office administration such as prepare documents for office registration and renewal, update upon any change, annual inspection and statistics for all offices and Joint Ventures in PRC;
Provide company data of all entities in China per required by Corporate periodically or at ad hoc basis;
Develop and implement local policies and procedures of reception, meeting management, vehicle purchasing, dispatch and daily management, office cleaning, facilities maintenance, fixed asset management, purchasing of office supply and etc.;
Investigate, compare and trace the service quality of the 3rd parties who provide various services including accommodation, catering, property management, office stationery and facilities;
Supervise company mail service and contact information update for employees use;
Budget and control office G&A cost and benchmark for best practice with competitors and companies in other industry;
Review and negotiate administration-related contracts in compliance with Corporate guideline and policies;
Build, manage, coach, motivate and develop a strong admin team and manage team members’ performance to achieve objectives of admin function;
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by superiors
