职位描述
职 责:
Provide quality customer service for Health and Nutrition customers by providing accurate price quotations, sampling and standard technical information
Prepare sales orders by receiving, inputting and following up on domestic and international orders
Serve as primary customer contact for specific accounts
Support information needs of commercial teams and managers
Receive orders from customers and process in SAP system
Coordinate and follow up with customer orders with various people in Asia and US regarding product availability, transportation arrangements and documentation etc.
Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure the payment processed according to the company policy
Create and maintain customer information in SAP system
Organize documents for customs clearance and follow up CIQ certificates
Communicate with the warehouse, monitor and manage the inventory and arrange the logistics for customers
Demonstrate excellent customer service by resolving customer concerns
Attain a strong understanding of each product and the needs of customers to be effective in assisting them in complex issues
Assist and work closely with the sales team and commercial managers
Prepare information for the inquiry, qualification and other requirements from customers
Prepare regular commercial reports on order status
要 求:
1)Undergraduate college degree
2)Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
3)Good knowledge of international trade, logistics and different credit terms;
4)Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
5)Good standard of spoken and written English. To fluently and effectively communicate with US headquarter and customers in China
6)Proficiency in MS windows and MS excel and Outlook
7)Good knowledge and experience of using SAP
