职 责：
We are looking for individuals to work as Senior Lab Technician in Ecolab Jingqiao R&D center. Experienced as well as fresh graduates with bachelor degree in Pulp and Paper engineering or Chemical engineering or other disciplines in Chemistry are welcome to apply.
Successful candidate should have the ability to conduct experiments for product development and technical support for sales. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work on both team and individual levels are highly expected. The role offers a training process, and opportunities for collaboration with other senior researchers.
Major Activities
1. Performs a variety of chemical, laboratory, research or developmental analyses or tests.
2. Provides support for senior researchers in daily experimental bench works.
3. Operates and understands complex laboratory and process development equipment.

A Bachelor in Pulp and Paper Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
A Bachelor with working experiences in a paper process lab for 1-3 years is desired.
Experience is not necessary, but will be a plus.
Good communication skills
