职位描述

职 责:
1.To maintain the stock levels within the bought out fabrics department. To ensure that the service level is maintained at the agreed rate.
2.To gather quality data in relation to bought out fabrics liaising with the QA department and the Technical manager to help resolve supplier quality issues. To maintain quality at the highest standard.
3.To monitor supplier performance ensuring that our suppliers are proving the necessary services to Camira.
4.To develop supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts and supplier pricing as necessary.
5.To conduct a trend analyses on stock and sales orders ensuring stock control documentation is managed.
6.To maintain the historical data files and product history files to ensure accuracy within the department.
7.To ensure the accounts documentation is correct and that these are then passes onto the relevant department maintaining the price variant records.
8.To source new office and warehouse HQ for Camira Shanghai, investigate local sourcing of sampling -
9.Work to set budget
10.To manage a small local team of senior office administrator, warehouse operative (full HR responsibility)
11.To be responsible for administration and office staff recruitment as and when required

要求:
Education / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

To be qualified to degree level or equivalent within a related topic to the role
People management experience
Sourcing and QA experience beneficial
Competent Excel skills,
The ability to analyse trends and present these graphically
Ideally knowledge of yarn or fabric manufacturing
Knowledge of all Microsoft packages in particular Microsoft Excel.
