要 求：
- 5+ years experience in performance marketing, media buy or Ecommerce marketing
- Comprehensive understanding of internet marketing best practices that result in aggressive customer acquisition growth
- Strong knowledge and experience with Good/Baidu content network, DSPs, Search marketing
- Very data driven and result driven, good command of Google Analytics of or other web analytics tools, ability to compile and analyze data and metrics to make right decisions regarding the overall business directions
- 2+ years experience in team management
- Open-minded and think creatively
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, in English and mandarin
- Hardworking and self-motivated in dynamic and professional work environment
- Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- University or above degrees in marketing/business related majors
职 责：
In response to our business expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for overall traffic, register member/buying customers acquisition KPI, for both PC and mobile platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING:
- Lead a team of 2 assistant acquisition managers which focus on PC and mobile respectively
- Ownership of media buy, performance marketing cooperation, SEM, CPS, etc all acquisition channels. Direct and manage internal team and external agencies to achieve strict KPIs of traffic, new traffic, new customers conversion etc. to support sales growth
- Develop editorial cooperation with media on their social media channels
- Initiate and develop creative marketing acquisition campaigns with all channels to achieve low acquisition cost and high ROI
