职 责：
Prepare proper import and export declaration documentation against local Customs, CIQ and local gov. requirements.
Cooperate with IE agent/Custom broker to complete Customs clearance and ensure goods arrival in time.
Daily Maintain inbound schedule and shipping information to internal customer.
Handle daily import and export issues on urgent basis. Provide solutions for emergency case.
Harmonize daily import & export item HS code and tariff rate.
Handle stock discrepancy adjustment, goods receipt, stock movement within China.
Handle payment requisition of forwarder and custom broker, maintain import & export duty & VAT payment report.
Collect import document and declaration sheet to Fin. for oversea payment.
In charge of system transaction like write off, intercompany stock movement , relabeling, repacking, ect..
Arrange physical disposal according to EHS requirement and local legal requirement.

要 求：
College degree above
+2 years working experience in related area.
Dangerous cargo knowledge and experience is a prefer
Good knowledge in related Customs procedure and policies
Good interpersonal in communicate with related institution
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good English in written and oral.
High responsiveness.
