要 求：
1. 5-10 years up mid-level management experience of engineering, technology and quality in production area
2. Have strong project management skills and new product development capability, the relevant senior title of professional
3. Master communication electronics and consumer electronics quality evaluation criteria and test method.
4. Proficient in using PPAP、FEAM、Control Plan and 8D-Report etc.
5. Good communication skills and team cooperation ability.
6. Perfect English communication skills both speaking and writing.
7. PHD in Industrial manufacturing, Electronic communications, project management or relevant.
8. Taiwanese, healthy and no bad record.

职 责：
1. Lead team to handle new project, from sample preparation to outgoing inspection process, to provide the new product, new process technical support as needed.
2. Make and review the product specification, engineering drawings and packing specification etc.
3. According to the customer request and product features to make standard of product inspection, quality control plan and outgoing inspection process.
4. Improve the QA engineers’ work efficiency; reduce the inspection errors to achieve the quality control target.
5. Responsible for coordinating and analyze customer complaint issues, drive supplier quality improvement.
6. Responsible for supplier quality control, evaluate the performance of suppliers on a regular basis, actively communicate with suppliers and facilitate the continuous quality improvement.
7. Responsible for the key customer and project, actively involved in the production process control, arrange personnel to suppliers for IPQC, coordinate with supplier to solve the problem.
8. Develop and implement employee training plan, and performance evaluation.
9. Keep close communication and contact with headquarters in the USA and Mexico.
10. Optimize ISO quality management systems and insure it works well.
11. Other tasks as and when assigned by the USA management.
