要 求：
1-3 years of experience in operation Procurement in the relevant industry;
Degree in Business, Procurement, Chemical, or relevant degree preferred;
Strong country knowledge and experience;
Ability to implement process to improve quality, delivery and value creation;
Fluent English & Chinese or the required local language both written and spoken;

职 责：
Member of Regional/Country site's Procurement team at respective site in Asia. Team will consist of 2 – 10 member;
To achieve respective region/Country site's targets across all Direct/Packaging spend. Targets will be achieved jointly with both businesses and functions;
Operationalize respective Direct/Packaging buy according to Procurement policy and procedure;
Work with Asia EMS team to translate global category strategies into regional/Country strategies;
Support category leads coordinate globally (where applicable);
Consistently monitor respective Direct/Packaging Buy coverage & engagement – ensure business needs are being represented & incorporated into local Procurement strategies;
Work with Asia EMS Teams to provide regional demand requirements, support needs, and ensure center driven resources and efforts are effectively leveraged for Global/Regional Key focused category;
Manage designated supplier relationships with Supplier Performance Dashboard at region/Country level;
Maintain all Procurement record and catalog in Procurement system (e.g. iPROC);
