Requirements:
At least bachelor’s Degree in Organic or Inorganic Chemicals, or equivalent
At least 3 year’s working experience in supplier quality assurance field in research chemical industry
Strong work ethics
Good communication and negotiation skill
Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
Willing to travel across the country at frequent base

职 责：
Job Goals:
To qualify suppliers to ensure they meet Alfa Aesar specification and quality levels
To ensure continuous quality improvements at supplier site

Job Responsibilities:
To set up a procedure of selecting and evaluating of the suppliers and continuous improve the procedure
To monitor Supplier process to ensure quality of products
To drive continuous improvement of supplier's quality performance
To do regular supplier audit and performance evaluation , qualification with cross-functional team
To work with purchasing manager to ensure supplier monitoring processes and tools are in place to track and optimize supplier performance
Other work assigned by department manager
